Prey update 1.2 returns save files to an uncorrupted state and puts barriers in place to prevent save games from becoming corrupted in the future. The patch features nine core changes across PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. However, PS4 users get an extra system-exclusive tweak: adjustments were made to controls to boost overall latency within Prey.
The aforementioned list of updates include fixes that prevent map load crashes, reverse failed start-ups when hacking the Power Plant reboot, and avoid players from getting stuck in certain in-game scenarios and under particular circumstances. Additionally, Prey patch 1.2 comes bundled with a handful of fixes to the Gelifoam Lattice Organism Obstructo, also known as the GLOO gun, that prevent breakage and collision by-passage, updates to recycling, and improvements to the game’s audio mix.
